Flynn O'Driscoll

Having completed a turnkey interior fit-out of two floors of Flynn O'Driscoll's premises in Dublin 2 in 2016, further expansion of the law firm required the total fitting out of 385 square meters of floorspace in summer 2018 to facilitate their continued growth.

Following site-surveys and associated meetings, Space-Plans were agreed upon and an interior colour scheme was selected. Following such preliminaries, our brief required that we hand over a fully functioning office to include the following:

Door Access Control
Power and Data Infrastructure
Floor Coverings
Solid and Double Glazed Partitioned Offices
Executive, Meeting and Open-Plan furniture
Fitted Kitchen and Ancilliary Plumbing
Lighting Infrastructure

Following an 8 week managed project, the client now runs their 'Aviation Hub' from the first floor location of their 3 story office accommodation which has been sympathetically designed to complement their specific corporate identity.

Lulu Money

LuLu International Exchange LLC is a leading global foreign exchange and money remittance enterprise that serves individuals, banking institutions, and both local and international corporations.

LuLu contacted SXI to fit-out their Dublin retail presence in the city centre. The retail outlet, trading as LuLu Money, is a one stop shop for all international money transfers. Our brief was to hand over a city centre retail premises that is fully compliant with LuLu's international Corporate Identity and which functions as a money transfer retail outlet.

The multi-faceted project included the following:
C.A.D Space Planning and Design
Strip out of existing site
Data cabling and Electrical installation
Lighting infrastructure installation
Access control and CCTV
Re-carpetting throughout
Kitchen installation
Office Furniture installation, including bespoke Corian retail sales desk
Glazed Office Partitioning
